| | Do you listen to talk shows over the radio? | | My hubby is really fond of listening to talk show over the radio . His favorite talk show host is Tush Limbough. He is really an avid fan of Rush. He listen to him everyday and sometimes he acted weird alone listening to Rush. It affects his mood. Sometimes he is angry, sometimes he laughs but most of the time he is irritated by the reactions of some callers. Even if radio is not that common today but he will use his Sterio in the car and he can also listen online. What about you? do you still use radio to listen to your favorite talk show? some are watching TV with talk shows. what about you? | |
| | | Do you sing along with the radio? | | There are times where I get so into the music on the radio that I start singing along. Granted, I do not have the best singing ability for sure, but I give it my all when I sing. Of course, I have gotten my share of odd looks if there are people around. So do you sing along with the music on the radio, even if you cannot carry a tune? Looking forward to reading your responses. | |
| | Will There Ever Be A Day Without Radio? | | Think about it. Technology has not only made the 8 track, vinyl record and cassette obsolete, it will soon make the CD a thing of the past as well. What newspapers are left contain mostly "old news" when compared to the constantly updated version on the internet. Television has gone digital, satilite, or cable.
But radio has survived.
Not only survived, it has thrived.
News, music, sports, talk, all on radio .
Yes, there is satillite radio (which I love, by the way) and on line radio.
But you can take a radio from 20, 30, 40 years ago, plug it in, and pick a signal from the air.
Just like you always could before.
Just like you will always be able to do in the future.
Will radio be here forever, or will there be a day without it? | |

| | Listening to the FM radio... | | Are you familiar with Nicole Hyala, Chris Tsuper and Papa Jack? They are my favorite DJs of a local fm radio station (90.7 to be exact). I love listening to the Tambalan (Nicole and Chris) in the morning, they crack jokes, give advices hilariously and exchanging views of any kind coupled with a real LOL[em]lol[/em]. While at night, I find Papa Jack's comments and advises really inspiring and helpful. I can relate to his letter/text senders and callers. And he plays good music till early morning. How about you, do you have any DJ's you are a fan of? | |
| | I have the solution to revive liberal talk radio! | | I believe that if Bill Clinton started his own talk radio program, he just may be able to revive liberal talk radio. He seems to want to be in the lime light, likes to fight with Rush Limbaugh, why not go literally head to head with him? A competing show! What do you think of my enlightened and insightful thought? | |
